No 7 Development

Matt and the No 7 Development Team were absolutely amazing. Communication was open at all hours throughout the whole process, they were very punctual and professional and at the same time very friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

I definitely recommend No. 7 Development. Matt and his crew were excellent to work with during the renovation process. Personable and extremely knowledgeable, Matt is an excellent craftsman. Everything was completed beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for a great job, outstanding quality, and professionalism.

Matt and his team did an excellent job remodeling our guest bathroom! From the onset they were quick to respond to my inquiry and were able to fit our project into their existing schedule. The work they performed was very high quality. We are very pleased with the whole experience and love the end result!

These guys are great. They showed up at 9 every day and didn’t leave until dusk sometimes. Pricing is reasonable for the quality work they produce. Our house looks really good. All our neighbors have told us the same. They’re all friendly and really listen to the client. Couldn’t be any happier.

Hired No. 7 to complete some repair work on the decks at my rental property. Matt was very easy to work with, did what he said he would do, communicated well and completed the work efficiently. I also thought his pricing was fair. I plan on hiring him again in the future and would recommend.
