I've worked with Dave and his crew for about 10 years. They've been awesome to work with and have gone above and beyond. Thank you for everything you do!!

DC Property Maintenance is fantastic! They completed my amazing kitchen renovation on time and under budget. I also rely on them for plowing, which they are always prepared for and keep my place accessible at all times. This company is honest, straightforward and great to work with - I highly recommend them!

Called him yesterday and he already mowed my apartment building the next day. Cleaned the trash up, took pictures, let me know of Christmas trees hanging in the back from tenants etc. Great communication and answers his texts and calls immediately. He means business. Highly recommend.

Extremely professional, and a lot of customer care. They worked with us every step of the way to let us know where they were on the project and always made sure we knew what to expect next. They leave a finished site pristine, answer any questions and are a pleasure to work with.

Dave and his son did an excellent job on our large and some what complicated yard! I called him on a Friday and the next day he came and took care of our yard mowing needs!! Both Dave and his son took extra care of our yard, making it look great!! Thank you :)
