Tim came out promptly on a Saturday. Diagnosed our problem and started giving me feasible solutions and scheduled me for that Monday for further service. Professional and knowledgeable. Best contractor to be to my home since I moved to Virginia from NJ last year. I highly recommend Brown’s for any of your plumbing needs.

I texted last night around 11:00 pm with our plumbing problem and they were able to get here today to take care of it. Hayden and Jose were so nice, and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Highly recommend Brown’s Heating, Air, Plumbing and Electrical, and their great staff!!

Really fantastic service from Brown's. Tim was extremely knowledgeable, capable, expedient, professional, and courteous. He really looked out for us as a young family, and saw us as real people. Thank you, Brown's!
