Mr. Trelc is very accommodating. I am a contractor in KC and have been spoiled for years having all of the options I ever needed right next door. Staff was very helpful. Ended up being helped by 2 of them. We couldn't find the part I needed at first. It was there. We were all just blind at first lol. But find it we did.

Staff at Mark II is very friendly and helpful. They’ve matched paint for me, helped me find parts for a dryer installation, and helped me find contractors when I need a name!
