M1 Homes

We recently had M1 homes redo our main floor. The flooring and trim they did turned out excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better carpenter. M1 pays a lot of attention to the details that a lot of other contractors miss out on. If you want anything custom, these guys can do it above and beyond. We can not recommend them enough!!!

Spencer did an awesome job on our home! We could'nt be happier! My wife finally has the dream house she's always wanted thanks to him. He's always been there when we needed him. If my wife come's up with more updates she wants, we'll for sure be calling him back!! Thanks alot Spencer!!!

Spencer installed lvp flooring on out rib tire main floor and I am beyond pleased with the attention to detail. I’ve searched for flaws unsuccessfully. It’s hard to find someone that takes pride in their work as far as contractors go. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

M1 has been great! They were great to work with, communicated well and were reasonably priced. We had them install some built ins in a room. They got the job done in a timely manner and were very professional. The quality is excellent. We are very happy with it.

Spencer is Awesome! Unlike other contractors I’ve worked with, Spencer answers the phone every time! He’s great to work with, takes his time to really understand the project, and then gets it done fast! 5 stars for communication and doing a quality job!
