Many thanks to Complete Home Hardware and to Christopher! I placed an order and unfortunately I ordered the wrong item. I reached out and Christopher understood my problem and helped me correct my order by returning the handles and helping me to order the correct ones. This company is incredible. They have the best customer service of any company of this type that I have ever dealt with. They have a huge selection, great prices, and excellent fast accurate order fulfillment and shipment. If you are remodeling or building new, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Always recommend to Sellers to update their door hardware before selling. It's an easy inexpensive update that has a big impact and return on the investment. I've been referring clients to Christopher for years. Prices are unbeatable and customer service is excellent.

Wow! Customer service may be hard to find, but it’s still exists at Complete Home Hardware. If you have need for doorhandles, locks, etc., don’t waste your time at the big box stores. Go see Christopher at CHH and experience customer service the way it used to be.

I recently ordered a product online from Complete Home Hardware. I picked the wrong size by mistake. The owner of this store went out of his way to personally deliver to me the size I needed. It was exceptional customer service and a great product.
