Busted water line. Steve fixed the issue and explained why it happened. He has been out a few times to correct problems with different areas of our plumbing that was done incorrectly by the builder or previous owners. Steve is very nice and always explains why it happened without trying to price gouge or upsale the next greatest thing.

Once again, Mitchell Grinstead did an outstanding job. He was friendly, courteous and efficient. He also troubleshooted a different problem and identified other areas that could be potentially problem. Once again, tremendous service and all around helpful experience and I highly recommend them. Hunter Super Techs are great people to work with they text you and call you before they come and remind you the day before that they will be there. Then they call you before they come to see you guys do great work and have no problems at all.
