Jen is a gem!!! She helped our nonprofit update our look and provided products that actually help with sun and heat issues in our cafe area. And, she went above and beyond to work with her vendors to get our products donated. She really helped us!!

From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew it was going to be a good experience. I told Jen my style, so she brought samples to accommodate my taste. My style is coastal cottage, and I could not be happier with the final product. The installation done by Jen as well, was quick and neat. I highly recommend Gotcha Covered.

Jen is prompt and courteous and the blinds we ordered look beautiful in our home. Jen made the installation effortless and it seemed to only take a few minutes! She took all packaging away and it seemed like no one had been here, with the exception of having beautiful window coverings. I highly recommend her services.

We are thrilled with our blinds from Gotcha Covered. Jen was super accommodating and helpful and our blinds are not only beautiful but they’re motorized and are so easy to raise and lower. I don’t see a lot of vendors caring much about customer service these days but Jen goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!
