We wholeheartedly recommend Design Homes! They have the most knowledgeable, professional, and responsive team to assist in every aspect of the new home building process. The trades and other vendors are top notch and everyone worked …

Design Homes is the best in the area! They really value their customers, their staff is easy to work with and they are all so kind. I’m pleased with how Design Homes delivers a quality product!

We had the pleasure of touring a few of their new homes in Soraya Farms and fell in love. The community is very cute and clean and the homes are amazing. Each house has it's own personality and we love that. They were a pleasure to work with and ensured all of our questions were answered and our house was ready for move-in on time!

Our home-buying experience with design homes was excellent! The quality and craftsmanship of our new home is spectacular and we could not be more satisfied with our decision to make the move. If you are considering purchasing or building a new home in the Dayton area, we highly recommend Design Homes!

My experience in working with Angela Clark of Design Homes to get my home was extraordinary. She demonstrated professional abilities and genuine personal concern for meeting my home needs that were far above expectations. I would recommend Angela Clark to anyone looking for a great home.
