Mark , my salesperson, was great! We bought a cooktop and microwave. He gave us so many options and helped us figure out what would be best with our lifestyle ! Erin was very helpful. I was able to have her walk me through the purchase on the phone since the freezer is going to our new home in North Ridgeville and I am still in Pennsylvania. I would rather give my business to a local store instead of the big boxes. The price was still competitive and I’ve found the service is always better.
