Benjamin Rose Build & Design

Rose Build & Design provided with estimates for our roof and helped up pick the best style and color for us. They came on time, did the work in one week, picked up after every day, and came back and fulfilled the final check list. A great experience. Everyone was very easy to work with.

Our dream for years had been a complete renovation of our bathroom removing the tub and building a walk in shower. Seth provided a detailed scope and time frame for each aspect from demolition to finished painting. He also created a text …

Seth is the most communicative contractor we have ever hired. We used him to redo the exterior of our house and our basement and he delivered on all fronts. He gave us honest feedback on the options for our home and really worked with us …

We had a small but time-sensitive project which BRBD executed perfectly. Seth and his crew were professional, efficient and courteous. Their attention to protecting the surroundings and cleanup at the end of the day was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend BRBD and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Seth and the team were amazing--I hired them to repaint my house and they went above and beyond in replacing rotting wood beams and windowsills and repairing/resealing my porch. They were also very proactive with COVID safety protocols. The price was right and I would definitely hire again.
