All City

Very satisfied with the results All City Restoration achieved when I hired them to do water damage restoration at my home in Westbury. Their technicians were efficient, and their price was reasonable.

One of our new employees accidentally left the sunroof down in one of our vehicles before a torrential rainstorm. The next morning, the whole backseat was drenched and waterlogged. Fortunately, All City Restoration was able to thoroughly dry the upholstery, eliminate the damp smell, and ensure there wouldn’t be any mold growth.

Didn’t seem like they used any special products, but they did use some equipment I’d never seen before. But I personally think their hard work is what got the smoke stains out of my walls and ceiling following a small grease fire in my kitchen. I have no problem giving All City Restoration five stars.

The structural drying after our washing machine leak was so thorough. They monitored moisture levels until readings confirmed dry to ensure everything was perfect. It is clear they are professional restoration experts who care about their work in Nassau County, NY.

We had a sewage cleanup situation that was as unpleasant as it sounds. The team handled it with professionalism and expertise. Their odor removal service was particularly impressive, leaving the space fresh and clean. A top tier residential restoration company.
