Tobi at the Watertown store was very helpful and knowledgeable about power recliners. She was very patient while we were undecided. We would highly recommend her ! Also, the delivery men, Louis and John, were very friendly, professional and did a wonderful job setting up the chair and explaining to our disabled son how to work it.
