Carlos delivered exceptional service! He came out early on a Saturday and had the entire 2,300 sq ft home spotless by the afternoon — full carpet cleaning plus wood floor cleaning and polish. This is my second time using this company, and they are officially my go-to. Highly, highly recommended!

The sales rep, Sean, was patient and thorough in helping select a wall to wall carpet for our bedroom. The installer, Angel, was meticulous in his installation. He took his time and care and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Royalty Carpet.
