Property Services of Western New York

We had damage from the 2022 Christmas blizzard. I can't say enough good things about everyone I had contact with from Property Services of WNY! I was kept updated on progress at every step. Every person I dealt with was pleasant and efficient. They made a rough situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Our basement flooded last month do to a failed sump pump when we weren’t home. Jordan and his crew came over 1 hour after we called them and had the basement back in order 2 days later. They repaired the pump, removed the damaged dry wall and thoroughly cleaned the floors. Their professionalism was unmatched.

Sum pump backed up when all the snow melted a few weeks back. Went down stairs into my basement to a few inches of water. They came same day, helped mitigate damage. Got rid of the carpet and pad. Dried out the basement and now are helping me put the pieces back together. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jordan and his team have been phenomenal ! I have been dealing with a pipe burst for 4 months and insurance has been a nightmare but Jordan was with us throughout every step . They are responsive and will make sure that everything is resolved before calling a job complete. Thank you for all you do 😁 …

We had a leak from coming through our ceiling, called the company late on a weekend, and Jordan was ready to help without hesitation. Jordan and his team have been wonderful to work with. They’re professional, kind and easy to communicate with. I’d recommend them over and over again!
