My husband I were having the hardest time finding a painter in the city that could work with not only our timeline, budget, but also our requirements from our co-op board. We had gone through 3 different painters that fell through due to various reasons, so it was a relief when we stumbled upon Old Town Construction LLC

I hired Old Town Construction to repair a leak in my roof at a skylight. I was very happy with the results. They were excellent at communications before, during and after the job. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up very well after the job was finished.

Friendly and professional. On time for scheduled estimate and installation. Finished the job and didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. Nice job, rain tested and no leaks
