My husband and I visited the showroom over the weekend. Brad and Charlie were both very personable and helpful. We found exactly what we wanted at a price that fit our budget. They didn't try to oversell us and provided excellent customer service. We can't wait to have our gas logs and new fireplace doors installed!

We purchased two floating mantels for our fireplace (inside/outside double sided) and Jim was extremely helpful in finding the right ones for us. We ended up with matte black steel from Stohl Industries. Great price point for us and they look spectacular. Very happy with the service and support

Charlie was fantastic by assisting in educating my wife and me along with his transparency in helping us find the right product. I cannot recommend him highly enough and encourage anyone looking for a stove or fireplace to make sure and see him.
