Puro Clean

After a pipe burst at my workplace, I reached out to Puro Clean. No delays, no excuses. They simply asked what happened and were on site in what felt like no time at all. Plus, they came fully equipped, so they got after it right away. In under two hours, everything was restored. It was like nothing had happened.

This team was refreshingly honest about restoration. No overpromising, yet they were confident in what they could do. Needless to say, they followed through and restored my hardwood floors. Best of all, the job stayed within our budget and was completed exactly when they said it would be.

My kitchen cabinets were coated with a smoky brown film following the LI wildfires. Puro Clean sent over a team that managed to clean everything thoroughly. And they didn’t even uninstall the cabinets. They kept me updated the whole time and were incredibly detail-oriented.

When heavy rain damaged our piano – I foolishly left the window open – I thought we were in big trouble. Thankfully, Puro Clean came through big time. They restored the piano beautifully, so my wife and I are thrilled. I am especially since the whole thing was my fault.

Puro Clean’s quote was lowish, and they seemed reliable, so I gave them the go-ahead. I still can see a faint watermark or two on my vintage desk, but its condition has been dramatically improved, considering it was a soaked mess following the sprinkler incident.
