We quite often shop at Lowe's but almost always for paint. It is a pleasure working with Em, who is always cheerful, friendly & professional. Em asks a lot of pertinent questions in ordertofind the very best paintsolution for us. We know we will end up with the right product for our needs.

I've spent at least 20 K at this particular store in the past 5 months. The customer service is GREAT, as long as you don't go later in the day, especially on a Sunday. Then it's hard to find an employee who is knowledgeable in specialty areas.
