Juan and his team at Keen Improvements were a pleasure to work with. Although we couldn’t commit to the project at this time, they were professional and courteous. Juan was honest, communicative, and provided a fair price for our project. When we are ready, we will definitely use Keen Improvements for our bathroom remodel.

We were very happy with the several phases of remodel work Keen construction completed on our home. Juan Suarez is an incredibly knowledgable and experienced contractor, his tradespeople are skilled and we've had no problems with the work the completed 3-years on. We definitely recommend them.
