Ryan and his team took care of this project from start to finish. He offered suggestions and ideas to us but ultimately did what we wanted. His attention to detail is second to none. He is a wonderful communicator and we always knew exactly where we were in the project at all times. We couldn't be more pleased with our new kitchen.

We used Downey Construction for our new home plan design and construction. From start to finish they offer impeccable quality and craftsmanship. I could show them a picture and that is what I received. The whole team is friendly and super great to work with. We couldn’t be happier with how our forever home turned out.
