I tried the handyman service because I botched replacing a gfi outlet and could not figure out how to fix it! I was without power in 3 rooms!! …

Everything went very smoothly from the initial phone call to having the job completed on the assigned day. I just needed a very small repair done on my house and appreciate that they would take the time to do it, most contractors would not want to be bothered. I would not hesitate to recommend or to call them again

Fantastic experience! Needed someone to remove our porch to facilitate other contracting job. These folks squeezed us in during their very busy schedule and did an excellent job! Very amenable to rebuilding porch with new materials. Will definitely use in the future for other projects! Highly recommended!

I rent a home from 518 properties. Last winter the serviceman came around to check on my gas furnace. He discovered that it was not working properly, and it was replaced immediately. I couldn't believe how quick the service was. Mr. Akey takes excellent care of his tenants!
