Great skilled nursing facility. Ive been there many times and the staff are truly amazing! They are very caring and accommodating with any requests I may have. The facility offers the best rehabilitation in the area and if your looking for a place for a loved one, I highly recommend highland.

A family atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Staff is wonderful in all departments! Level of care is top. Environment is fresh, new and clean. Always a positive vide. Administrator is wonderful and very accessible. Would recommend a loved one to come here.

This place is fantastic! I’ve been a resident of massena since I was a child. When I fell and needed rehabilitation I came to Highland. The therapy team, doctors and nurses are A++ a few weeks later happy to be home walking again ! Thank you Highland
