Quality Homes of Rochester

We are so glad we chose QH for a second floor addition earlier this year! In the beginning we worked with Jake who did a great job helping us design the second floor space and providing a clear, detailed quote. Paige helped us with lots of …

Couple hiccups along the way , which we expected with full addition, but they made it right with. I hassle. Pleasure working with Jake and Joe, both very polite and professional.

I needed major structural work on my garage. Tom, Cody and Ben are outstanding! Their level of quality, responsiveness and professionalism is unmatched. My garage looks amazing now, thank you Cody for your attention to detail & common sense! Thank you guys! Looking forward to working with you again in the future, windows next!

Tom Ledtke was our Project Manager and he was phenomenal! He made this project a complete pleasure to do. Always communicating every step of the way and helped with recommendations when needed. His crews were awesome… very respectful and did awesome work. I would recommend Oaks Construction to EVERYONE and ask for Tom!!!!

I spent 2 years getting quotes and not getting anyone able to get it over the finish line. Dan Leone worked with me to approve the materials I wanted to use, and walked me through every part of the quote, so I would be comfortable and know what to expect. Promised a day or less, and that's what was done.
