The installers were great and never complained about the difficulty they faced during old tile removal. My crew was great...pleasant, professional and worked well as team. They kept me informed as to what to expect as the project progressed and they cleaned up all the mess before they left. Highly recommend these guys!

We had a walk-in shower installed and from the very beginning with the salesperson ( Jordan ) to the lead installer ( Leonard ) and all the workers, everybody was very professional and courteous!!! We are very pleased with the new shower and the service that was provided by Pacific Bath Company. Job well done!!!
