Working with KS was one of the best experiences I’ve had in my years of architecture. From the very beginning they were nothing but professional, efficient, and competent builders. Their team is well built from the ground up and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best of the best in New York City. Truly a top notch GC.

KS did a beautiful gut renovation of our 7 room Manhattan apartment. They are perfectionists and their work reflects that. They were reliable, timely and reasonably priced. I am thrilled with the results and I recommend them without reservation.
