Simpkins Custom Carpentry

Detailed oriented and likes to do the job right. Responsive and easy to communicate with. Patient with homeowners! He does it all. Trust and workmanship were our main priorities over price shopping for the lowest bidder. We’ve had many skilled workers over the years and he’s on the top of my list to call back.

Recently had Greg fix a fallen gable vent. Greg pricing was very reasonable and the job was done correctly. Greg also inspected my other gable vents to make sure that they were secured. Great job with great a price. I’ll definitely have him back to do more work. Thank again Greg!!!!

We hired Greg to take care of a vent issue in our kitchen. We had terrible wind drafts and the kitchen was always cold. Greg identified the problem, gave us a couple of options and perfomed the work we requested without a hitch. Also, Greg is a very nice guy. Highly recommended!

Everything Greg did to help us prep our home for sale was A++! He cares about his work wants it done right. A rare trait now adays. Simpkins hung closet doors, fixed doors, ceilings and siding among other things. When he tells you he can fix anything in your house hire him!

I hired Greg to replace attic gable vents. His work was professional and he responded in a timely manner. I had him back to do another roof repair and had another good experience. He's a really nice guy and seems very knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again.
