Chap Construction

Reliable, Skilled, and Always Professional! Chap Construction / Chap Mechanical has done excellent work for me on multiple properties — my townhouse, my office condo, and even my new home all the way in …

Lester was extremely helpful and patent with us, explaining all aspects of the HVAC system. He was a complete professional in troubleshooting our issue, and provided confidence that we need not worry about the system until a regular service call next spring. Have used Chap before and intend on using them again.

Randy and his team always take the stress out of my home projects. You can trust that their work is top notch and always done right the first time. I constantly refer them to all my friends and family. Honest, reliable & attention to detail sums them up perfectly. They have a customer for life.

Randy and the team just completed an addition to our house in Seaside Park. If you are looking for a contractor look no further. They completed the job on time, on budget and the team is top notch. They were a pleasure to deal with and communicated with us at every step in the process.

We have had a relationship with Chap Corp. since 2003. They have been there for us through two major renovations as well as many smaller home issues. We appreciate that Chap contractors always respond quickly and professionally to our calls and help us to care for our little beach house.
