Modern Upgrade installed our fence and replaced and widened our driveway. Communication was so easy and fast! Herminio and his team met all of our needs and addressed any/all of our concerns. Once the work was complete, they cleaned everything up and put down grass seed as well! Definitely would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Brahiam and Hermanio did a great job! They were able to complete the work in 2 days and left no mess behind. Even for areas that had some dead grass they reseeded it. His team was very kind and easy to work with. After reading the reviews I decided to go with them and I don’t regret it at all!

If you are looking for honest people who are SUPER responsive go with them! I never had to reach out to follow up, they would call me and keep me posted on updates about the renovation. They went the extra mile and gave fair prices to work within my budget.
