Precision Custom Homes

We bought a Precision home over a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about our home, the builder, and employees. They have been so responsive and made sure that everything was taken care of every time that we have reached out. If you're interested in building a home, I would highly reccomend Precision Custom Homes!

This company does great work - and for a really great price. High quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. Check out their gallery. If you are looking for a home in the Fayetteville area, you should look into their program and purchase an existing home and remodel to your taste all in one mortgage.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I believe Precision Custom Homes delivered a phenomenal Home and will highly recommend them to future buyers. The features they add definitely sets them apart from other builders. Their Project Manager is fantastic as well. They really care about their work.

We couldn't have asked for a better first home purchase experience! TRULY a personalized home with STUNNING attention to detail! Precision went above and beyond! Big shout out to Allen for his fortitude and kindness throughout the whole process. WE LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new home! :)
