Riavv Construction

We hired Riavv to reframe a load-bearing wall and install new drywall throughout our rental unit. Ricardo made sure everything was done to code and walked us through each phase of the job. His attention to detail and responsiveness made the whole process stress-free. Already planning to hire him for our next investment property.

Ricardo and his team did an excellent job remodeling our basement. He stayed in constant communication with us throughout the whole project and made sure we were happy with the final product. It was no small job and he got it done quickly and professionally. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with!

What stood out the most with Ricardo and his crew was their professionalism. They framed and drywalled my entire garage conversion, and the work was clean, fast, and built to last. The crew respected my space and were genuinely lovely people to work with. Highly recommend for any home improvement project.

We brought in Riavv Construction to finish a framing job after a previous crew walked off the project. Not only did Ricardo’s team fix the structural mistakes left behind, but they also delivered everything faster than quoted. Their craftsmanship and work ethic are unmatched.

Ricardo and his team were excellent! Professional, on time and clean. Ricardo kept us up to date on progress and the time line of the project. He was available for questions whenever we had them. I would highly recommend and will use them again for future projects!
