We have completed two home refurbishment projects with Elm and planning on a third. Every person we have worked with from planning to completion on each aspect has been excellent. Communication has always been consistent and timely. All of our expectations of projects have been met both from a time perspective, budget and quality.

Elm Construction did a great job replacing our porch and deck (or deck with parts open and parts roofed and screened. From the brainstorming, to design, to construction, to clean up all parts of the project went according to plan. They were paitient with out delays and kept us well informed about progress.

Elm Construction did a renovation on our Homewood bungalow. They helped design a very functional and beautiful master suite and finished the job on the schedule we initially laid out. Their team was outstanding, professional and responsive. I highly recommend them for any sized job.

The team at ELM has helped us with three separate projects and we’ve been highly satisfied each time. Elliott and his renovation team along with Liz and her interior design skills are top notch. Highly recommended. We plan to use again as needed in the future!
