I highly recommend Modern Homestead -- John is great and very professional. It's the first time I own a house and he really helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed first and did a great job managing all the different vendors. Being able to pay for everything online is also a plus!

I was very happy with the end result of our full house remodel. The workers were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Along with normal house things we had some custom made things made throughout the house that they did a tremendous job on. I would definitely recommend.
