J&E Modern Construction LLC

J&E Modern Construction recently renovated my bathroom, and thy did an outstanding job! the quality of the work, attention to detail, and overall finish were excellent. They stayed on schedule, communicated clearly, and made the whole processes easy. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely hire them again.

J&E were responsive and open to discussing a somewhat unconventional project at our house. We needed to reinforce our accordion attic ladder, and the project manager came out and devised a very good plan. The work team was efficient and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend this company.

I was worried about doing renovations after hearing horror stories from friends about DC contractors. But J&E Modern was amzing! Very professional crew, honest estimations of time and expense, really creative trouble-shooters, and responsive! I can't say enough good things about J&E moder

I hired J&E for framing, drywall and kitchen cabinet installation. They worked quickly and were very flexible with our project schedule. We had a cabinet panel that was installed incorrectly and they replaced the panel for us at their own cost. Ask for Sarah; she is amazing to work with!

It’s been an extreme pleasure to work with Shay and his team. They are very professional and were able to renovate my bathroom beautifully in less than two weeks. I was very blessed to have met such kind, professional people. I recommend 1000%.
