We recently returned to this outfit for the installation of 15 windows and a new guest bathroom tile floor. The work was expertly accomplished by technicians who were experts, good communicators, and respectful of our home and our time. The oversight by company leadership and project managers was also excellent. Highly recommend.

I have had the privilege to work with Rich and his team for several years now on multiple projects and everything has turned out exactly as imagined. From small jobs to big, we have never been disappointed with the work done and would highly recommend Innovative Building Services to all my friends and family.

Rich Haislip- was a neighbor for many years. I watched the additions he built on to the house which displayed his craftsmanship and considerations for his neighbors by letting us know trucks would be coming and going, hauling lumber etc. The finish product really was a WOW FACTOR!!! Awesome person/owner.

Rick and his team were awesome to work with. Their commitment to deliver superior quality and workmanship in everything they did as well as completing the job on the specified timeline made this the easiest renovation ever. I 110% would use Innovative Building Services again.

I’m a real estate agent and own a property management co. I have used Innovative Building Solutions countless times over the years, both personally and professionally. A+ honest, reliable, and timely service each and every time. I won’t let anyone else touch my home. Thanks R!
