Schlickmann General Construction

Working with Laion as our general contractor was an incredibly smooth experience. He communicates well. He kept us updated throughout the entire project and made sure we understood every step. The quality of his work shows that everything …

I have used Laion on a number of projects now. His crew is extremely professional and he's a great communicator. He also works fast and does an excellent job. I will continue to use him for all of my contracting needs

Laion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us through the approval process with our condo board, pointed us to several great vendors, and was very supportive when issues came up. We tore out most of our flooring and redesigned our kitchen, and Laion really looked out for us and made it a lot easier than it could have been.

Schlickmann Construction did a fine job renovating our bathroom. The job was done at the quoted price and workers showed as planned. The job took longer than planned but it was no fault of the company. A few snafus occurred but Laion was quick in resolving. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire again and very pleased with the results.

Being responsible for multiple rental properties can be stressful when maintenance issues arise. We are grateful that we have connected with Schlickmann General Construction. This company is responsive to me and my tenants. The rates are reasonable and the work quality is excellent. Highly recommended for projects of all sizes.
