Alan was incredibly helpful helping us to replace a heavy light fixture at the top of a vaulted stairwell (that had likely been there for 30+ years!) Alan was absolutely amazing! He installed 2 curtain rods for me, carried an incredibly heavy box up 4 flights of stairs, fixed my dresser, and helped removed some very stubborn command hooks with no damage to the walls.
