Berzenski floor sanding

Randy did a wonderful job on our kitchen floors. He was honest about the floors and told us if they were worth trying to save. He will be doing our living room and dining room next. Thank you Randy.

Randy and his father before him have been sanding, repairing and refinishing our oak floors (same home) for over 36 years. We have a mix of old and new oak floors. These miracle workers make them all look the same. They are efficient and consistent at a very reasonable price. Very good communication. The BEST. Thanks Randy.

Top notch professional work ! We couldn’t be happier with the results of our oak hardwood floors that they repaired after another contractor failed . Randy was honest with timeframe , price quote and guaranteed results . He went above and beyond to show us his previous work and satisfied customers . Highly recommended !!

Berzenski floor and sanding did a great job on my living room, dining room and kitchen in about a day and a half. I went with the water based and didn’t have to leave my home. The floors look brand new! Randy and his associate were professional and so helpful in selecting my finish! I would highly recommend them!!

I would definitely recommend this person in the future. They were a little early and right away they started working very urgently and very efficiently and I was very impressed! The end result was beautiful and he was very personable. I really enjoyed this experience. Thank you!
