Did a fantastic job adding a 2nd full bathroom to a classic 100-year-old rowhouse. Very easy to work with, flexible and communicated well with the inevitable unexpected findings. Finished in the time they said and very transparent about costs throughout. Have already recommended them to multiple friends!

We used Pace recently after significant flooding in our basement. Khyree quickly assessed the problem and was knowledgeable and thoughtful about correcting the issue. We were super happy with our experience and have total confidence in the Pace team for future projects. Thanks again, Khyree!

Brian and the team were super communicative throughout the process of a bathroom remodel. They kept our place extremely clean even outside of the work zone. I would recommend Pace to anyone and are already talking with them about future projects.
