We Built with Steiner 3 Years ago and couldn't be more happy with the quality and craftsmanship. They gave a 1 year craftsmanship warranty and made it easy to be confident in the purchase of our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build. They build beautiful homes and they stand behind their work.
