They were wonderful, answered all my questions, they gave me my space, made me feel comfortable and they have beautiful quality furniture. I loved this store, there staging of the furniture was so tasteful it made me wish I could live in their. If you want tasteful elegant furniture that will last, then I would recommend their store.

I've recently made two purchases from this store. The saleswoman was extremely patient and kind with me. I am a very difficult customer in that I'm very picky when it comes to choosing fabrics. The saleswoman spent hours assisting me - in the meantime I was asking for several quotes. The customer service is excellent at this store.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Kristen P. helped us turn our dream nursery into reality. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and was patient with us during the whole process. Anytime I need furniture, I will be coming back to this location and having Kristen help with our next project.

I wanted to align my loft with high quality locally made furniture - with a little edge. After a few visits to Smithe, I found my set of chairs! Bob was very helpful with my questions, wrapped them up, and off I went. Love how they look, and so comfortable. Will shop at Walter E. Smithe again :-)
