Sales associate Steve was friendly and helpful. He seemed a little nervous and unsure - maybe he was new? But it was very endearing. He shared stories about how he came from Chicago to help his father with his hime renovations ans then decided to stay in Hawaii. We purchased a waterproof wood flooring for our bathroom.

Big shout out to Randall Omoto. We went to Homeowners Design Center as we were considering a kitchen and bath remodel. Randall helped us and offered great cost-saving suggestions. He was so honest and puts the customer's needs first.
