Very professional and responsive staff at every level of service. Quality of granite is excellent and it's beautiful! They honor their quotes, even if the project is delayed. I just made my second purchase from them. A beautiful, reasonably priced marble. Installation scheduled Monday. Highly recommended.

Worked with Tammy on kitchen counter tops. Very professional and prompt service. Unfortunately due to factors not directly related to the project had to cancel the project for now. Tammy remained a pleasure to deal with even on the cancellation. When the time is right will definitely go back to Impact!

We were able to get some exotic granite countertops for two of our bathroom vanities at a great price. Initially there was an issue with one of the countertops, but Murilo (owner) was able to get his crew back out same day to correct! Great customer service and would highly recommend.
