BTS Cleaning Service, LLC

After contacting the owner, she made it very easy to purchase a gift certificate. She was readily available to answer any questions and was extremely friendly and professional. So glad I chose this company!

Highly Recommend! Bettina and her team are very professional and customer focused. In addition, they are very efficient and pay attention to detail. My house sparkled! Windows, light fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen were all very clean. I am extremely satisfied with their service and look forward to using them on an ongoing basis.

We recently had BTS come to our property and could not have been more pleased. From the start there was great communication and every question we had was answered. Even after the cleaning they followed up to make sure we were happy with the job...which we were. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend BTS.

We contacted Bettina at the last minute for help with a tile floor that we were unable to restore ourselves. She came out to give an estimate and completed the job within 24 hours! Not only that but she was able to restore a floor we weren't even sure we could save. A HUGE thank you to her and her crew - would recommend!!

BTS delivered! I requested a cleaning prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and BTS came right out to provide an estimate and scheduled the cleaning right away. The team did a great job coverings floors, baseboards, walls etc. i am impressed with their level of detail. I will be using them for our regular cleaning needs.
