Samson Group

Lex is amazing! She was my “go to” for any questions, concerns, or project schedules. She made herself available to me, as a client, and quickly produced desired results. As with any restoration, patience can sometimes run thin. But Lex was always a true professional and is a true asset to Samson Group. She should be promoted!

Above and beyond…. Samson Group did a wonderful job on our rebuild from water damage. Looks better before the damage . They were polite and courteous, showed upon time and everyday until the job was done . Mark did a great job communicating with us and he followed through on everything he said he was going to do.

Mark has been awesome to work with during the repair efforts after a devastating water leak in my home. He has been responsive to all requests and inquiries, working as quickly as possible with the crew's availability to minimize the time out of my home and the impacts to my busy schedule.

Mark B and his crew were exception. From Greg. Carlos, Enjia and Marvin. It was a 8 weeks experience for me that they made bearable. Their personalities, skills and talents were outstanding. Even Carlos and Enjia was pleasant. Great team!! Thanks for making this a good experience..

Shaun, with Sampson Group did an excellent job coordinating reconstruction after flood damage on two floors of our home. He was always available to answer questions and help relieve the stress factor in decision making associated with reconstruction. Pleased with the final work.
