This is an excellent company. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience dealing with Jake Hickson, his staff, our draftsman, our project manager and their sub-contractors. They were easy to deal with, stood behind their work, and built us a beautiful home perfectly.

I absolutely love my Hickson home. The Hickson family lives here in NSB and part of the community... they're not a national builder with no local accountability. Their reputation is A+ and has been for decades. They build a very quality home and also a wonderful family.

"Hickson Homes" are the gems of New Smyrna Beach. Their unique, but timelessly beautiful style gives them their inviting appearance. Everyone in town wants to reside in one. Their family business is easy to work with. Support the locals! You will not be disappointed!
