I went there with my wife many times and it is a no haggle business. They let you thoroughly look at every option with no pressure or stress. They did a 3d rendering of our kitchen to see exactly what the different layouts look like. Any items damaged are exchanged with no questions asked.

Mark went way and above out of his way to help me search out and find a flooring I needed for a repair needed. He searched and then had to go way up on a ladder and sent pictures to make sure it was correct flooring. It's rare to have such customer service these days. Thank you!
