I spoke with Dylan Johnson, he was super knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 service, 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

5 stars! Curtis Mesnard was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through every step of buying our fist mobile home. He made the process stress-free and found us the perfect fit. Highly recommend consulting with Curtis before going anywhere else!

Elliott helped us when we came in today and man did we have the right person. He is so knowledgeable and personable. He added so much value by ensuring we understood pricing, everything that’s offered in the homes, and modification options. Stop by and see Elliott and the team at Wayne Frier!

Thank you Jared Martin for keeping all the promises you made we had a few issues come up and delays , but life is something out of our control. Emailing is thee best way to reach busy people! So patience sometimes is a must. Thank you for everything you promised

Great prices on quality homes. The staff is super friendly and they do not hover around. They let you look at your own pace and with no pressure, truly a great experience. If we decide on this option we will definitely come here for our purchase of a new home.
