Worked with Drew as a lender for a mutual client. The team there at SoHo run a 1st class operation. Great attention to detail and highly recommend to anyone looking to build a new home in central Florida.

We had our home built by SoHo and they were amazing. I have very particular needs and they addressed them and made my home building experience easy. Their workers listened and built exactly what I wanted. They were always available to talk and address and special items I wanted added or adjusted. Drew and his team were excellent.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new home! Everyone is super supportive and has great communication. They say that building a new home is very stressful but they made the process very simple and stress free. I would highly recommend using Southern Hospitality to build your home.
