Customer service is amazing! I picked up a grill today and the manager offered up his own truck to deliver the floor model because it wouldn’t fit in my SUV.

As soon as you enter the door you are welcomed with a hello & a smile! Had sever keys to copy. The sales staff was knowledgeable & helpful. In and out and on my way in record time! Store is always well organized and clean. Staff always polite and helpful. And another smile & have a great afternoon come again.

Despite being in the middle of a remodel, the story tries to still keep things organized and there is no shortage of anybody who is always asking me if I need help which I really appreciate. I've spent a lot of money there in the past few months and I enjoy the rewards and perks that I get to with the app.

Every employee was very kind and ready to help us if needed. Special thank you to Jesse, whom I am assuming is one of the managers. He helped us immensely and made sure we went out with everything we needed while also making sure it was cost effective for us. Very thankful for the service.
